My new Ghazal—>”WO LAMHEN…”

Gar Na Aatey Wo Lamhen Zindagi me To Zindagi Dushvaar Nahi hoti,
Har Roz Kisi Ko Bhulane Ki Qasmon Ki Yun Haar Nahi Hoti.

Keh to Diya Doosron ke Saamne ki Bhula diye Wo Lamhen Maine,
Par Kya Karun Yahi baat Khudke Saamne Mujhse Iqraar Nahi hoti.

Kehte Hain Log Mujhse Ki Laga kyun Nahi Letey Dil aur Kisi Taraf,
Par Kaise Samjhaun Unko ki Mohabbat Kabhi baar baar Nahi hoti.

Bas wo Ek Nazar ne Kee Thi Khata Jiski Mil Rahi Saza Mujhe,
Sochta hun Aaj Ki Kaash Wo Nazrein Itni Khatavaar Nahi honti.

Gar Na Hoti Itni Qurbat Kisi Ke Saath Bitaye un Lamhon me,
To Aaj Tanhaai me Tadap ke Kisi Ke Naam Ki Pukaar Nahi hoti.

Gar Na Basey Hote Wo Lamhen Teri Aankhon mein is Qadar ‘Aatif’,
To Aaj Unhin Lamhon ki Teri Aankhon se Behti Ye Qataar Nahi hoti.

A Ghazal Composed By Syed Sabah ur Rehman-‘Aatif’
